The vines that fall into the composition of the  sparkling Elixir wine wine are Bombino bianco min. 55%, Trebbiano 45%.

The organoleptic characteristics of the sparkling Elixir  include a  straw yellow colour, with  fine bubbles,  persistent bubbles ;

The olfactory profile of the wine is  characteristic ,  floral  and on the palate it is  harmonious ,  pleasant ,  delicate .
